O hai! Yoo may recall that yesserday's photo hunter theme was ma-sheens. Well, da beens wended owt and traded their printer which they bought for one that will copy and scan. Amazingly, it was slightly less expensive than the furst one. Go figger.

Katie, who is becoming a tekno-cat like Alexi, has satted on it and has given it her seat of approval. We cannot wait until Alexi sees it. Doubtless some kitty will find it a good napping place. Here are some photos of the printer and Katie sitting on it.

Today's Photo Hunt is all about ma-sheens. Here are a few our favorite ma-sheens.

1) We liks our 4 Drinkwell pet fountains. They iz one of our favorite ma-sheens. The best part is the falling water from the spouts. We love to drink the falling water!

2) The new printer. It iz nice but it doesn't scan which is one feet-cher the beans wanted. SO it my go back to the store soon. No doubt we will learn to sit on it just as we did the old one.

3) A favorite masheen of the beans is the air purifier. They says it take all our stinkiness out of the air. Now why would they want to remove eau-du-chat ? Don't they luv us?

Annual Purr-fur-mance revue 2010

O hai! It is time for the annual purr-fur-mance revue of my beans. I am sorree to say that they haf not bin up to the minimum stand-yards which I and the other cats expect of dem. I suspect that it's 'acause dye walk on two legs. That is da beginning of dere trubles.

1.Quantity of output: Has your purr-son posted to your blog daily to give you maximum exposure world-wide and make you famous?

The answer to that is "no." They post occasionally when they take me to cat shows and when I do something cute. I do cute things to make them take photos of me and post it on my blog. Golly, I'd do it myself if I had opposable thumbs! One swipe.

2.Quality of output: Are you, as snoopervisor, satisfied with your purrsons choice of photos and words: the creativity, imagination, truth, fun and general interest in your postings?

When they do post under my snoopervision, generally, it's fun, interesting, imaginative, and does a satisfactory job of making me look good. It's not difficult when one already looks good! One paw

3.Client pawticipation: Does your purrson provide you sufficient ways for your fans to contact you and you to contact them?

That's difficult to do when the quantity of PR (purrblic re-lay-shuns) opurr-tuna-ties are lacking. For Bast's sake, I give them one can of stinky goodness a month and all the loose floof they would ever need! One swipe.

4.Pawticipation (part II): Does your purrson allow you to take part in fun blog world special events, parties, contests, and more?

No! Occasionally, I am permitted to take part, but, it's not like it used to be. At least that's what Alexi tells me. "We're too busy," we're told. Sheesh. Two swipes

5.Client satisfaction: Are your friends purringly contented with what they see and read on your blog?

I am not sure. I think it is because they do not know I am out in the blogosphere and at cat shows and on the bed, fast asleep. I blame da beans. Two swipes.

6.Overall rating, comments, and suggestions for improvement:

I haf talked about this wif Alexi, and others in Krasota Castle. I haf suggestions for improvement (dat's a long word for a kitty) the rating is seven (7) swipes (one is to grow on).

As for improvement, my suggestion is for da beans to GET WIF DA PROGRAM! I will even try to find more cat food for them. To be fair, they do scratch me and pet me. I am not unfeeling and I do love a little caress and hug, now and then. I think they need help. I will see what I can do for them. Right now they're on the cusp of doing better and doing werse. I do not want that.

I think da beans can do more. My projekt next year is to work wif dem.

O hai! I wishes to repurrt that I am a big mancat (but yew knew that, didn't yew?) Our beans were gone out-of-town from Thursday to yesterday. Dey tole us dey wentted to a place called Charleston to a kon-fur-inch. They also tole us it was furry ed-u-cat-shun-al. They gotted home and went strait to dere bed. We all piled on top of deem so dat dye won't go anywhere tooday. We is gladded they are home and want them to stay for awhile. Below are photos where they wentted while they was in Charles-ton.

1. What is your opinion of snow? I think it's grate. I wants to go out in it but Blu Cat Man and Mombean won't let me.

O hai! Sorree we hasn't blogged in awhile. We hadded snow today. Did you? Some of us had not seen snow since Chrissymouse. We found it interesting.

Our beans tell us that we drive them to drink. They should know better than to drink and blog.

Notice that da beans had some furry ornaments this past Christmas. I taught them well. We liked the lighted cat tree.

I wishes to repurrt that I am a big mancat. I wented to walk wif mai beans yesserday. I wore mai green harness and leash--I didn't like that so much. I did enjoy walking and smelling efurryting outside. Pleeze to see photos below.

Yesserday, the Mombean tooked Katy Kit and me to da steeple place. I thought I was going to get one of God's cookies and some red water to drink. No, we gotted blessed owtside. Da beans sang hims (why do dey call 'em hims when deer were so many gerls dere? Seems dey should be called hers). Then the preests came over and touched us and gave us ear scritchiees while saying a blessing on each of us. Mom said we needed blessing becuzz we iz so kookie . Dis was in celebration of the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi.

Oh by the way, I gotted to wear my kewl green harness and Mombean had me on a leash. I gotten outside and explored da grass and da konkrete. I hatted fun!!!! Everyone admired me except for one preest who is al-lehr-gik to us cats.

Mombean, can I go outside for more walkies? PUH-LEEEZ! I promise to be a good boy.

Hello everycat,

I want you to know that my beans forgotted mine birfday on Saturday!!! Mombean wented away, and Blu Cat Man didded the laundry for dere furs, and loaded up some suitcases!!! Den dey took Katy kit, Teddy, and me away in dese carriers !! They were small and uncomfy and I hadded to share mine wif Teddy.

We wounded up at a cat show, of all fings. There I was handled, prodded, stroked, stared at and carried around a lot. I did not like it at all. The only good thing about it was that I gotten three ribbons--didn't get to play wif dem--AND DAT"S ALL I GOTTED FOR MINE BIRFDAY!!!! Sheesh!!! The pictures are above. Da beans haf dis idea that I enjoyed it because, as always, I always behave at dese cat shows.

I do thank the Blogosphere for remembering mine birfday, even if da beans didn't!!!

By da way, should I do something to show my beans how unhappy I was??? Mombean says I just did do somefing.

Evnthough I am originally from Canada, I really like my adopted country, the USA too. So I wanted to say:

Here are some fun facts about Independence Day you may or may not know:

1) The major objection to being ruled by Britain was taxation without representation. The colonists had no say in the decisions of English Parliament.

2) In May, 1776, after nearly a year of trying to resolve their differences with England, the colonies sent delegates to the Second Continental Congress. Finally, in June, admitting that their efforts were hopeless; a committee was formed to compose the formal Declaration of Independence. Headed by Thomas Jefferson, the committee also included John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Philip Livingston and Roger Sherman. On June 28, 1776, Thomas Jefferson presented the first draft of the declaration to Congress.

3) Betsy Ross, according to legend, sewed the first American flag in May or June 1776, as commissioned by the Congressional Committee.

4) Independence Day was first celebrated in Philadelphia on July 8, 1776.

5) The Liberty Bell sounded from the tower of Independence Hall on July 8, 1776, summoning citizens to gather for the first public reading of the Declaration of Independence by Colonel John Nixon.

6) June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress, looking to promote national pride and unity, adopted the national flag. “Resolved: that the flag of the United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation.” This day became "Flag Day".

This post is dedicated to a furry spechul Siameeze kitteh named Stormie.

While I neffur knew Stormie, Alexi tolded me how spechul she was and suggested I do a post about her.

Stormie was a furry spechul kith that was loved by her mombean and sisfur. She developed Feline Lymphoma and waz dia nosed in December 2006. She fought the good fight for about 18 months until she passed away. Her mombean has an entire website dedicated to this furry spechul lady cat. Her mombean still lovers her and misses her furry, furry much.

For Stormie, "the strife is over, the battle is done".

My beans took a little black kitten to his new forever home. The best noos is that his brofur went to the same family last weekend. I' will miss them as I luvved to chase and play wife dem. These pikshurs are deem, now reunited!

Da beans bought me a leash and I will get to go outside after they put this stuff called Rev o-loo-shun on me. It's 'apposed to keep bugs, flees, and other stuff away from me.

Oh, da beans did not eet weeds. They ate spinach wif bacon and reel live dead shrimps. It looked likes weeds to me, but if it had bacon (yum! nom, nom, nom) it can't be too bad.

Galletta here with some grate NOOS about the blacks and white Russian cats! They have been 'cepted by ACFA . They will bees championship cats starting May 1st.
